An AI co-pilot that does the work —
and asks before it saves.
Ask in plain words, or drop in a photo. It books the service, builds the estimate, signs out the loaner and plans the shop’s day with your op codes, labour rates and capacity rules — then shows you exactly what it will change. Nothing saves until someone taps Confirm.

The busywork, drafted in one sentence.
Each of these ends on a confirm card. Looking things up is instant and needs no approval.
Book the service — with a loaner
Finds the customer and vehicle, picks your op code, flags what’s due at this mileage and offers open slots that have a loaner free.
Parts from an invoice photo
Reads every page of the supplier invoice, merges duplicate copies, maps each part to its estimate line and flags back-orders.
Schedule a delivery
Checks the specialist’s published shift, approved time off and other deliveries, and won’t book their day off unless you override it.
Add a vehicle from a VIN
Decodes the VIN, adds the unit, then offers to book its service and start the estimate.
Sign out a loaner
Lists the loaners that are free and drafts the agreement. Push every due-back date at once with one approval.
Open the RO
Drafts the repair order from the approved lines and gives it its RO number when you approve.
Plan the shop’s day
Builds an auto-dispatch plan — who gets which car, and why — and applies it when you say so.
Write it up properly
Turns tech shorthand into a customer-ready story, and drafts estimate descriptions. It rewrites; it never adds facts.
One sentence in. Real work out.
These are things the co-pilot does today, inside your own ROs, schedule and inventory. Every change ends on a card like this one — and waits for you.

And most important — it asks first.
- 1Ask
Ask like you’d ask your best advisor
Type it, or drop in a photo of a parts invoice. No codes to memorize.
- 2Work
It does the legwork across the store
Service, parts, loaners, detail, deliveries, ROs and POs share one system, so one request can book the job, check loaner availability and start the estimate — using your op codes, labour rates and capacity rules.
- 3Approve
You approve every change
Looking things up is instant. Anything that would create, change or delete a record shows up as a card first. Nothing saves until someone taps Confirm.
- 4Done
The right people see it
The work lands where your team already looks — the workboard, the shop floor, the detail board or the delivery calendar.
An AI mistake only hurts when it saves without anyone looking. In Dealer1, every change shows up as a card first. So a mistake is a card you reject — not a mess you clean up.
- It can only do what your role can do. A lot attendant’s co-pilot can’t open customer files.
- Every action is in the AI audit log: who asked, what changed, which customer.
- Card numbers, SIN/SSN and bank numbers are stripped from typed messages before anything reaches the AI. Licence numbers are masked.
- It works from your op codes and rates. It won’t invent them.
Market pricing on every unit
See how each vehicle is priced against real dealer listings within any radius — and which ones need a price change.
Reports from the work itself
Revenue by pay type, approval rates, technician performance and throughput — no exports, no spreadsheets.
Not a chatbot bolted onto your DMS.
It works for your staff
Other AI tools answer the phone or chat with shoppers. This one works inside the store, for the people running it.
It works inside the record
Service, parts, loaners, the shop floor and deliveries are one system — so it can see the RO, the bay, the fleet and the tech’s certifications.
It asks first
Every create, change or delete is a card with the exact change on it. A mistake is a card you reject, not a mess you clean up.
It follows your roles
It can only do what the person asking can do, and every action lands in the AI audit log.
Built so you stay in control.
A person approves every AI change
The co-pilot can look things up and draft, but it can’t create, change or delete a record without an approval tap.
Your data stays in your dealership
Each dealership is isolated at the database level, and every co-pilot action is scoped to your store on our servers.
Two-factor authentication, for everyone
2FA is required for every user — not optional.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Hosted on Supabase (AWS) infrastructure.
Role-based everything
Twenty roles. Everyone sees what their job needs — and the co-pilot follows the same rules.
Built for Canadian privacy law
Our privacy policy covers PIPEDA and CASL, and texts are consent-logged. Our AI providers’ commercial terms don’t allow training on your data.
Questions about the co-pilot
Does the AI make changes on its own?
No. The co-pilot can look things up instantly, but every create, change or delete shows up as a card first and waits for a person to approve it.
What if it gets something wrong?
You see the exact change before it’s saved, so you can edit it or cancel it. It also works from your own op codes, labour rates and capacity rules instead of guessing.
Who can use it?
Everyone on your team, within their role. The co-pilot can only do what the person asking is allowed to do — a lot attendant’s co-pilot can’t open customer files, and HR records stay with the managers allowed to see them.
Can it read photos and PDFs?
Yes. Drop in a photo or PDF of a parts invoice and it reads every page, merges duplicate copies and maps the parts to your estimate lines — for your approval.
Can it see other dealerships’ data?
No. Every dealership’s data is isolated at the database level, and every co-pilot tool is scoped to your store on our servers.
Is my data used to train AI?
Our AI providers’ commercial terms don’t allow them to train on your data. Card numbers, SIN/SSN and bank numbers are stripped from typed messages before anything is sent, and our privacy policy names every provider.
How long do you keep chats and attachments?
Images and PDFs you attach are removed after 7 days. Conversations nobody has opened for 90 days are deleted, and you can delete any chat yourself.
Is AI usage included?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly co-pilot credit allowance, shown on the pricing page, and top-up packs are available if you need more.
